Auntie Rita & Uncle Nate
I met Auntie Rita and Uncle Nate at Sister Colette's house. Auntie Rita came to teach in the learning centre for little while before going back to America in 1997. I used to go to their place for the school holidays. Sometimes I would swim in the pool at their apartment. They were very good to me, my mother and Sister Colette.
In 1995 they organised a birthday party for me that I will not forget. It was the first birthday party and the best party I have had in my life. I really liked that party and all of us enjoyed the day together. I got lots of presents. I met lots of their friends like Auntie Gale and Uncle Steve.
I would love to go and visit them in America when I grow up so that I can see a bit of America with them. I would also like to meet their children and families. I have not met their children, but I have heard lots of stories about them from both Auntie Rita and Uncle Nate.
In Penang I went to their place for special events like Thanksgiving. I went all over Penang with them and I always had a great time with them. They try to write to me as often as they can and tell me what they are doing.
