The submitting of this form passes a record of your formal rules change proposal to all the MAAA Rules Change State Representatives, and should meet the following criteria.

1. Rules-change proposals can only be made using the form provided below.
2. Within any State or Territory, one (1) proposer and eight (8) seconders are required for any rule-change proposal to be eligible for consideration.
3. Proposals shall be forwarded by that State's MAAA Sub-Committee Representative to all of that MAAA State's Old Timer members for a formal vote and endorsement.
4. Successfully-endorsed proposals shall then be forwarded to the other State & Territory Sub-Committee Representatives, who shall put the proposal to their respective members for discussion and formal vote.
5. The results of the voting shall then be forwarded to the MAAA Rules Committee Chairman.
6. Within the year prior to an MAAA Rules Change meeting (each 4 years), a cut-off date shall apply to new proposals. The exact cut-off date shall be made available as soon as possible within that year.
7. The proposal change should be submitted along with the original rule
