Fitness Programs


For those of you wishing to set goals and learn how your body reacts to strength and conditioning training, there are available personal fitness programs.

 

There will also be time spent on appropriate nutrition and lifestyle considerations.  We will also look at learning how to relax with mediation and correct breathing techniques and their ramifications.

Be trained by Alan Close, strength and conditioning coach to state, national and world ranked athletes and people just like you. This program is ideal for couples wishing to begin a fitness routine.

Programs commence on Friday evening, followed by two four hour sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

Our excellent facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium, tennis court, beautiful gardens and walks. Accommodation is bed and breakfast style with other meals organised in conjunction with participants. A manual is also supplied.
