Your role will include:
- Telephone and face-to-face customer service
- Internet access technical support
- Data Entry
- General office and other duties as required
Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be driven to provide service which exceeds the customer's expectations.
Previous experience in a telephone support role would be an advantage.
Casual shift hours will be:
Midday - 5pm
3pm - 8pm
5pm - 10pm
Weekends and Public holidays.
